epub reader/pdf reader
location: droidmania.com - date: April 4, 2014
Hi. I am looking for a reader as close to good reader as androidly possible. What i need is a reader that not only recognizes hyperlinks within pdf files that can jump from one section of the pdf file to another, but can also jump from one pdf file to a completely different pdf file, and back again. looking for something to be able to read technical manuals, so i can jump back and forth between referencing manuals and back to the original task. unfortunately good reader is the only app that can truly do that, so i am stuck with my iPad 2. ezPDF reader works ok on my GS4, but it can't jump back to the original document, so i have to go searching for it over again. i know this post is long and verbose, and i apologize, but this is a much needed app. thanks in advance.
Epub or PDF reader with Synch?
location: droidmania.com - date: May 17, 2013
This is my first ever post, so I hope I'm doing it in the right place.
I love, love, love how the Nook and Kindle apps let me synch among my ebooks when I read in different devices. The problem is that it only works with books I buy from them. Is there any app out there that will allow me to synch my own pdfs or ebooks? I heard that Comicrack does something like that, but it works only with comic formats.

What is Universal Root de la Vega?
It is simply a script to create Root de la Vega for any device that has the necessary hooks. In its current state, it should be considered beta, the code is still very messy and may not work in some cases.
What devices are supported?
Just about every Samsung device with KNOX! (Excluding Exynos based devices)
Samsung has caught on and has started patching bootloaders, you can still root, but you will trip KNOX.
If you are running MJ4, MJ7, MK1, MK2 or higher you can still root, but you will trip KNOX!

Reading personal (PDF) magazines on Nexus 7
location: androidpark.com - date: July 18, 2012
I have done the search but all I see are people talking about using their Google Play app to view magazines bought from the Google Play store. I have several magazines in PDF format that I would like to read on my Nexus 7. The problem is I have no idea where to view/read them.
I downloaded one of my free magazines from Google play (Esquire) and it looks great, but the problem is I cannot see/find it on the device when I us Airdroid to check the files on my Nexus 7.
So I uploaded a personal PDF file (magazine) to where I thought the SD card/Android/Data/Com.Google.apps.magazines/files but no dice.
Does anyone have a suggestion on if Google magazines allows you to view personal files or if not what app is best for viewing magazine PDFs?

App for editing / marking up PDF files on a tablet?
location: droidradar.com - date: October 8, 2012
I am wondering if there is a known app for Android that will let me open PDF files on my tablet (Acer Iconia A500) and be able to use a stylus to doodle, markup, highlight, underline, and edit PDF documents in a such a way?
The reason I ask is that for my business, I'm looking to have my android tablet on hand when doing computer repair work for customers. Once the work is done, I would like to have the work order pulled up on the screen in PDF format and have the customer sign / date the WO using the stylus and then have that emailed to the customer afterwards. I'm looking to go paperless in my business with printed work orders and have everything done on the tablet and saved on the server.
Are there any apps on android that could make this possible?
