How do i siphon mobile data conection from a free service provider website
location: droidradar.com - date: January 1, 1970
I'm in south Africa and my service provider (MTN) allows us to use Twitter for free with 0mb of data, so I was wondering if there was some way to trick the Service provider ([MTN)into giving another app (YouTube) the privilege to access free internet, my first idea would be changing the package name of The other app (YouTube) to be the same as Twitters package name (Com.twitter.android).
Thank you in advanced!
How do I move data from SD card to internal storage?
location: droidradar.com - date: June 2, 2012
I have a couple apps... Livo Recording Pro and ACast which can't access the files of the SDcard I removed from my old EVO 4G after it died... Figured I'd just bring the EVO lte up in my laptop and I'd see two disks and move the data over to internal storage so Livo could see all the song ideas I'd created in my good ole' EVO. Same for ACast... figured moving the folder over and I'd be set!
ARRRG! When I "mount as hard drive" I only see the sdcard on my laptop... don't see the internal storage, where the new livo is looking for the data... how do I access both storage locations to move things around?
As EVO lte is the first with two storage locations, apps don't give an option to point to one or the other for the location they're storing data... I imagine this is the problem and it would be easy to fix...
Hope my question isn't too dumb... but also, hope for an answer...
BTW, I'M ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH THIS PHONE!!!! FRACKIN' AWESOME!!!

How do I Recover data from broken SD card?
location: droidmania.com - date: January 3, 2013
I was closing the back cover of my phone when I accidentally left the Micro SD card half way open which means it was not fully inserted. As a result, it snapped in to two pieces as shown in the link below. I had important files and I need a solution to recover the pictures/videos so I can transfer them on to my computer. When I insert the SD card in to a card reader or my phone it does not even recognize it even though it sits in properly (lock not broken as shown in picture). Do I have to attach it back together for it to work and if so then how? I need a solution to recover my data but my PC isn't recognizing the SD card and I've tried other cards and it recognizes them. Any help is appreciated. The phone is Samsung Galaxy S2.

How do you remove custom ringtones from the list?
location: droidmania.com - date: March 29, 2012
The default music player on the Photon lets you set any music file as a ringtone. Some third-party music players do as well. Great. I did this for a couple files, and it works fine.
At first, I assumed that the music player was copying the files to a separate location reserved for ringtones, and that I could simply find and delete those files to remove the ringtones from the list of available ringtones. But no.
As it turns out, the files remain in their original locations, and what must be happening under the hood is that some type of internal pointer (i.e. a list of ringtones) is set to point to the files that had been set as ringtones by the music player.
The problem is, I don't want those music files showing in the list of available ringtones anymore. (Menu > Settings > Sound > Phone ringtone.) The music player seems to offer no way to "UNset as ringtone".
I found that if I renamed the files, then went into the ringtone setting and selected a different rington

How do I erase purchased apps from the android market?
location: androidpark.com - date: March 7, 2012
I downloaded a hacked version of Deadspace onto my Nook color because it wasn't compatible in the market. Now I want to purchase it at the great price that it is, and it says that it is already purchased. It won't let me pay for it. Before you guys get all over me for a pirated app, I just want to say that I agree with you. I usually purchase an apps if possible. Unfortunately, most good games aren't compatible on the market, or gameloft for the nook color. I just want to buy the game for my rezound, and don't want to create a new account to do it. Does anyone have any advice on how to reset the purchased apps list? Let the flaming begin. Thanks
